EMV Enhancements

Bypass Pin Pad option. Now you can take phone order credit cards directly on the workstation, triggering AVS and CVV validation, even if an EMV device is connected.  Here’s How:
Request update to 8.0.61 In Thrive Manager > Credit Settings > Pin Pad Settings, turn on the “Allow Bypass of Pin Pad” option

Tip option: None. Now, user defined tip options on the EMV device can include an option for “none”.  Here’s How:
Request update to 8.0.61
In Thrive Manager > Credit Settings > Pin Pad Settings, set your custom tip option to 2 or fewer choices. The system will then default “none” to the 3rd choice.

Request update to 8.0.61
Contact WorldPay to authorize your account for debit

Order Entry & Close Efficiency

Quick Close for Pickups.  Skip the step of recalling and finishing your pre-paid pickup orders - now you can close them directly from the Orders screen. Just click on the green arrows to select “Close & Receipt”,  “Close - No Receipt”, or “Load Order” to recall it for modification. Using this feature will make it simple and easy to close out 3rd party & online orders that come in already paid for!
